I use a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and self-compassion practices. We work to challenge internalized diet culture, develop body neutrality, and reconnect with what your body can do rather than how it looks.
